Refund Policy

• The window is 15 days from the date of payment, inclusive of day 15. It is not 30 days, and it does not start from the cohort start date.
• No conditions. Attendance, progress, how much of the material you have opened, and your reason are all irrelevant to whether you get the money.
• It goes back the way it came — to the original payment method, in full, in Indian rupees. We do not offer credit instead of money.
• We aim to start the refund within 3 working days of your email. How long it then takes to appear is up to your bank or card issuer, and is typically 5–10 working days.
• Your free plan is yours regardless. Refunding the programme does not take back the three-month plan you downloaded.

After day 15 the fee is non-refundable. We hold a live seat for you, a cohort place and mentor time, and past that point those are committed.

If something has genuinely gone wrong at our end — sessions not delivered, access not provided — write to us anyway. A policy is not a reason to ignore a real problem, and we would rather fix it than argue about a date.

We may decline a refund where a payment is fraudulent, where the same person repeatedly buys and refunds, or where an account has been used to redistribute course material. This is aimed at abuse, not at anyone who changed their mind.

You keep every right you have under Indian consumer law and with your card issuer. Nothing here removes them. We would simply rather you emailed us first — a refund from us is faster than a chargeback, and there is no argument to have inside the 15-day window.
