Program Enrollment & Payment Terms
These Program Enrollment & Payment Terms govern your enrollment in the Thinqmesh AI Fluency Expert Program (the "Program"), operated by Thinqmesh Technologies. By enrolling and completing payment, you agree to these terms.
One-Time Commitment Fee
Enrollment in the Program is secured by a single, one-time commitment fee (in INR).
- 💳 One-time payment: The commitment fee is charged once. There is no subscription and no recurring billing.
- 🔁 No auto-renewal: Nothing renews automatically and you will not be charged again for the Program.
- ↩️ Refundable for 15 days: Refund on request within 15 days of payment, no reason needed. Applicable taxes already remitted are deducted — see the Refund Policy.
- 🎟️ What it secures: A seat in the Program at the tier you purchase — Builder covers Month 1, Innovator Months 1 to 2, Architect Months 1 to 3 — and, on the Architect tier only, eligibility to be considered for a paid internship on Upfyn / Upfyn AI.
Refunds
You may request a refund within fifteen (15) days of payment, inclusive of day 15, and no reason is required. Attendance, progress and how much of the material you have accessed are not conditions. Refunds are made to the original payment method, less any taxes already remitted on the sale, in Indian rupees; credit is not substituted for money. Email support@thinqmesh.com from the address used at signup — that is the whole process.
After day 15 the fee is non-refundable, as a live seat and mentor time are committed on your behalf. Thinqmesh may decline a refund in cases of fraud, repeated purchase-and-refund, or redistribution of Program material. Your statutory rights and your rights with your card issuer are unaffected. No Guarantee of Internship or Outcome
The paid internship is a merit-based opportunity offered at the sole and absolute discretion of Thinqmesh Technologies, based on performance, assessments, mentor evaluation, conduct, and internship availability on Upfyn / Upfyn AI. Enrollment in or payment for the Program does NOT guarantee an internship, stipend, placement, employment, income, or any specific result or outcome. The commitment fee is paid for participation and eligibility to be considered for an internship — not for a guaranteed internship.
Changes to These Terms
Thinqmesh Technologies reserves the right to modify these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email and posted on our website.

Governing Law
These terms supplement our main Terms and Conditions and are issued by Thinqmesh Technologies. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gautam Buddha Nagar (Noida), Uttar Pradesh, India.
